By ordering a ticket (or tickets) from this website, the purchaser of the ticket(s) (“you” or “your”) accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Your ticket order is an offer to purchase the ticket(s) to the 2023 Pitchfork Music Festival organized by Condé Nast (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and we, Pitchfork Music Festivals LLC, Big Stik LLC, and See Tickets retain the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse your order. If your order is accepted, you will receive email confirmation of your completed order, for your information. You should print out a copy of the confirmation e-mail for your records.
The ticket(s) are non-transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) and for personal use only, and shall not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred for any reason. You hereby represent and warrant that (i) any ticket(s) you purchase are for personal use only and will not be sold, assigned or transferred, or used as part of any form of business or commercial activity; and (ii) you will not (a) resell or offer for resale any ticket(s) (whether at a premium or otherwise) and/or (b) use the ticket(s) for advertising or promotions (including prize draws, competitions, contests and/or sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. You are permitted to re-sell your ticket, or purchase a ticket, via our designated resale ticket vendor, Lyte.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse admission to the event to any person for any reason, including, without limitation, a person’s breach of these terms and conditions or our determination, in our sole discretion, that a person may be disruptive or otherwise objectionable.
All tickets are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, whether for safety reasons, weather, business considerations, or otherwise, and with or without prior notice, to cancel or reschedule the event. In the event of such cancellation, our liability to you shall be limited to a refund of the price paid by you for your ticket purchase; in no event will we or any third party be responsible for travel, hotel, or other costs.
Our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your purchase of ticket(s) through this website shall be limited to the price paid by you to us for those tickets and you hereby agree that the maximum remedy available to you on any claim against us shall be a refund of the cost of your ticket purchase. IN NO EVENT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT FOR ANY OR NO REASON) WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, FOR LOST PROFITS, OR FOR ANY TRAVEL, TRAVEL-RELATED OR HOTEL EXPENSES, WHETHER BASED UPON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Condé Nast cannot guarantee to cater to special dietary requirements, lifestyle choices (vegan, etc.) or those with allergies or food intolerances. Attendees will be responsible for monitoring the ingredients of dishes. Condé Nast is not responsible for any reactions due to food allergies.
We assume no responsibility for lost or destroyed tickets. Tickets in their entirety must be presented in good condition for entry into all events. If the ticket holder leaves the event for any reason, the same ticket may not be used to re-enter the event.
The use of photographic and recording equipment at events is strictly prohibited. However, the event may be filmed and photographed. By attending the event, you are consenting to the use of photographs and recordings of you (including your voice, image or likeness), in any and all media, including print, online and television, as well as editorial, promotional or advertising materials for us and/or our affiliates, sponsors and designees.
We shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to personal property brought to the event.
Some events are limited to persons at least 21 years of age. If a selected event is listed as 21 and over admittance only, then no one under the age of 21, including, but not limited to children in strollers accompanied by adults, may attend the event. By purchasing a ticket for an over 21 event, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to provide us a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport) upon our request therefore. You acknowledge that the consumption of alcoholic beverages by individuals under the age of 21 is unlawful.
If alcoholic beverages are offered or served at the event, you agree (i) to fully comply with the rules established by us from time to time in connection with the service and consumption of such beverages; (ii) not to consume such beverages in an irresponsible or excessive manner; (iii) not to consume such beverages at all if such consumption by you is unlawful or potentially dangerous to you or others; and (iv) not to serve or furnish alcohol to persons 21 years of age. For the 2023 Pitchfork Music Festival, children under 10 years of age are permitted to attend provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket.
Condé Nast will not tolerate harassment in any form, including but not limited to harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or any other status protected by laws in which the event is being held. All event participants are expected to behave in an appropriate manner. Condé Nast reserves the right to expel any individual in attendance at the event, who engages in disruptive or harassing behavior.
